We are seeking a Junior Adobe Captivate Developer to join our Advanced Analytics team supporting Naval Medical Forces Development Command (NMFDC) in San Antonio, TX. NMFDC's mission is to lead and manage all medical training, education, professional development, and instruction to produce highly trained and ready medical personnel. Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in instructional technology, multimedia design, computer science, or a related field. - 1–3 years of experience developing e-learning content using Adobe Captivate (internship or academic experience acceptable). - Familiarity with SCORM standards and LMS integration processes. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured development workflows. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Possess, or able to obtain and maintain, a SECRET security clearance.
