The person in this role will work from the Medtronic facility located in Woolwich, New Jersey. This role will require travel to other local Medtronic locations approximately 25% of the time to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects. In this role, you will support internal clients in the resolution of technical issues with the goal of restoring productivity as quickly as possible. While adhering to Business Unit service level agreements, you lead and implement project and process improvements. You will work on related projects for local sites and the Global IT Manufacturing and Lab support team as required. You'll work with stakeholders to diagnose and fix issues related to computing hardware, workstation deployments, software, account administration, network, process, and other relevant lab and manufacturing equipment. You will collaborate with local and Global IT groups regarding overlapping technologies and provide real-time and on-call support in Woolwich and at other nearby sites. You will utilize the Medtronic Service Management tool for all break-fix and service requests.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$63,200.00 - $94,800.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
