Tipping Point Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Manager (PM) for a local position supporting the US Army Center of Excellence (USAICoE) at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. The Project Manager will provide direct management oversight on the Education, Doctrine, and Instruction for Intelligence Efforts (EDIF-IE) contract and the task orders (TOs) associated with the Directorate of Training and Doctrine (DOT-D) Requiring Activities (RA).

Job Responsibilities:

• The PM shall effectively and efficiently action all staffing, execution, and completion of In/Out Processing activities for all contractor employees working on this contract and in performance of PWS, government established policies, procedures, and requirements.
• The PM shall effectively and efficiently manage the Personnel Security actions associated with all contractor employees on this contract.
• The PM shall provide, plan, direct, integrate and control the cost, schedule, performance, administrative and managerial resources allocated to execute this contract.
• The PM shall be the single primary POC between the Government and contractor personnel assigned to support the PWS at each manned location.
• The PM shall develop a management plan to effectively maintain and manage any Contractor Acquired Property (CAP), Government Furnished Property (GFP) provided during the contract.
• The PM shall be responsible to effectively manage the procurement and delivery of materials for this contract.
• The PM shall be responsible to plan, budget, schedule, and control all financial resources allocated to meet the requirements of any associated TOs.
• The PM shall prepare and maintain an annual Work Plan for each Task Order (TO) awarded under this contract.
• The PM shall is responsible to manage the effective and efficient provision of High-Level Function (HLF) support to all Requiring Activities being support by subsequently awarded TOs.

Skills and Experience

• Top Secret - Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance
• 6 years of experience managing projects consistent with the size, scope, and complexity as the requirements identified in the PWS.
• Must have obtained a PMP or a project management focused certificate.
• Demonstrated history of success in project management principles.
• Skilled at minimizing risk using an Integrated Master Schedule, Responsibility Assignment Matrix, and Cost Control Account Schedules.
