Part-Time Wellness & Sales Advisor
Livkraft is seeking Part- Time Team Members who have an infectious and genuine passion for health and wellness and possess excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills. The job responsibilities include:
- Front Desk & Reception:
- Answering phones, greeting clients.
- Handling deliveries (sometimes weighing upwards of 50 lbs).
- Checking out clients and selling products, services, and memberships.
- Room Turnover, Preparation & Laundry:
- Preparing private suites in a very specific manner.
- Removing remaining towels and other items after services.
- Running towels in the washer dryer, folding, and replacing them.
- Sales:
- Passionately selling memberships, packages, products, and individual sessions.
- Speaking intelligently, clearly, and passionately about all of the services offered at Livkraft.
- Services Administration:
- Administering Whole Body Cryotherapy, Local Cryotherapy, Cryotherapy Facials, and Normatec compression boots.
- Explaining and assisting first-time clients with instructions on both Float therapy and Infrared Sauna.
Required Work Experience:
The ideal Livkraft team member should have experience working in a luxury hospitality setting (hotel, spa, upscale restaurant or bar) or in a health and wellness setting (yoga studio, pilates studio, or luxury gym).
Skills:
- Communication: Must be able to clearly, politely, appropriately, and intelligently communicate our services, pricing, and membership options to members, clients, other employees, and prospective clients.
- MINDBODY Experience: Experience with MINDBODY business software is preferred.
- Teamwork: Ability to co-exist and interact with other employees in a positive and encouraging manner.
Education Requirements:
The ideal candidate should be currently earning or have earned a Bachelor's Degree in exercise science, kinesiology, business administration, marketing, or nutrition.
