Job Description

RPM Staffing is seeking an experienced and professional Customer Service Representative in Plano, Texas!

Essential Functions of this position:

Process fax, email and web orders by accurately entering customer account, pricing, billing and payment information into system
Make outbound calls to customers to confirm and clarify order and billing information
Assist with special projects that require accurate data entry and research
New account creation and categorization within ERP system
Communicates with Shipping, Receiving, Purchasing and Accounting departments regarding customer orders, back orders and pending orders
Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Knowledge of computers, internet, web-based systems & Microsoft office business suite
Strong data entry skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to demonstrate core values of curiosity, determination, discipline, and teamwork
Ability to listen, learn and apply new knowledge quickly
Ability to read, understand and accurately interpret both the oral and written word
Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner
Ability to analyze and effectively resolve customer problems and concerns
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to pay close attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to maintain confidentiality
