The starting pay for this role is $20.00 per hour, and we greatly appreciate your dedication, especially during our busy season!

As a reward for your hard work, you can earn a Peak Performance Bonus of $1200 for successfully completing the peak season from October 19 to December 13. Eligibility for the bonus requires consistent attendance and performance during this time.

Shifts Available:

• Sunday - Wednesday 9:30 am - 8:00 pm
• Wednesday - Saturday 9:30 am - 8:00 pm

Your Responsibilities:

• Unload and receive inbound furniture orders, which may involve manually handling large, heavy items.
• Comfortably lift up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuver products exceeding 150 pounds either on your own or via teamwork.
• Utilize scanning technology to accurately record carton-level information like condition, quantity, and warehouse placement of materials.
• Regularly monitor order management systems to ensure proper order receipt and provide detailed descriptions of any discrepancies (Overages/Shortages/Damages).
• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Pick and stage deliveries by truck and designated stop number.
• Contribute ideas for improvements to existing user tools based on daily experiences.
• Engage actively with your team and management.
• Seek out the most efficient methods to complete tasks and ask clarifying questions when needed.
• Ability to read and comprehend English to ensure your safety and that of your colleagues.
• Be open to cross-training in various departments and carrying out additional assigned duties.

What We're Looking For:

• Able to repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs unassisted and manage products over 150 lbs through teamwork.
• Willing to work on the warehouse floor for 8 hours or more daily.
• Strong, reliable work ethic.
• Familiarity with scanning technology.
• Experience in Distribution or Logistics is advantageous.
• Prior experience with High Jump is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand English is essential for safety.
