As a Temporary Warehouse Team Member, your key responsibility will be performing thorough product inspections during the inbound process to identify any damage or defects, preventing them from impacting our network. Your meticulous attention to detail and care for the customer experience will be essential. Flexibility is a must, as this role will evolve over time to adapt to the needs of our customers. Competitive Pay:

• $20.50/hour

Peak Performance Bonus:

• Potential to earn an extra $1,200 bonus for successfully completing the peak season from Oct 19 - Dec 13. Bonus eligibility requires successful attendance and performance throughout this period.

Shifts:

• Thursday - Monday; Weekdays 8 am - 4:30 pm and weekends 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
• Tuesday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Saturday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

What You'll Do:

• Unload, receive, inspect, and prepare inbound furniture orders, moving large, heavy goods as needed.
• Bend, stretch, reach and lift up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuver products over 150 pounds with assistance or team lift.
• Utilize scanning technology to document carton-level information regarding condition, quantity, and warehouse location.
• Proactively monitor order management systems for accuracy in receiving and handling any discrepancies.
• Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain up-to-date inventory records.
• Select deliveries from inventory and organize them according to truck and stop number.
• Unpack and inspect products, ensuring they are cleaned and repackaged appropriately before shipment.
• Contribute ideas for enhancements to user tools based on day-to-day experiences.
• Collaborate effectively with your team and supervisors.
• Identify efficient methods to complete assigned tasks and seek clarification when needed.
• Read and understand English for your safety and those around you.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

What You'll Need:

• Comfortable with lifting (up to 75 lbs. unassisted) and maneuvering products (150+ lbs. with help).
• Able to work 8-hour shifts or more on the warehouse floor.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with scanning technology.
• Experience in Distribution or Logistics is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
