Were hiring aSales Supervisor to support and assist our Sales Manager in leading a team of licensed life insurance agents in our West Palm Beach call center. This is a hands-on role suited for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and believes that success is earned through effort, consistency, and integrity.
About the Role
The Sales Supervisor works closely with the Sales Manager to ensure daily goals, agent performance, and compliance standards are consistently met. Youll focus on executing leadership direction, reinforcing training, and maintaining the rhythm and culture of the sales floor.
