Job Description Preparation of food, cooking, quality control, cutting& HACCP. Maintain daily mis-en-place (MEP) and prepare ingredients. Inspect clean food preparation areas, ensure safe personal hygiene & sanitary food-handling practices, HACCP, labeling & FIFO/FEFO practices, hygienic handling & storage of equipment & utensils. Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation. Be familiar with new products, recipes & preparation techniques. Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily highlights, and promotions. Be familiar with the use of all electrical and mechanical equipment in the kitchen and observe safety precautions when handling them. Promptly report any hazards, unsafe working conditions, or equipment which requires repair or maintenance to the immediate supervisor.

食品の仕込み、調理、品質管理、カットおよびHACCPの実施

毎日のミザンプラス（MEP）の維持および食材の準備

調理エリアの清掃状況を確認し、個人衛生や衛生的な食品取扱い、HACCPの実施、ラベリング、FIFO/FEFOの実践、器具・設備の衛生的な取扱いおよび保管を徹底

毎日の調理において常に高い基準と安定した品質を確保

新しい食材、レシピ、調理法についての理解

全メニュー、日替わりメニュー、プロモーション内容についての十分な知識

厨房内のすべての電気・機械設備の使用方法を把握し、安全に取り扱うこと

危険や安全でない作業環境、修理や保守が必要な設備については、速やかに上司に報告すること

Qualifications Previous experience in a hotel required Flexible to work day shift or night shift as required English and Japanese verbal skills are desirable Ability to multitask Cleanliness of work area
