Description:
This position is responsible for operations within Royal Farms' IT warehouse environment: Including the receiving, organization, and shipping of all parts and equipment utilized to support store repair & construction and the entry of this movement within asset tracking software. This position is also responsible for the preparation of equipment for deployment, troubleshooting and repair or returned equipment, and proper RMA or retirement process for equipment that cannot be repaired.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintain inventory records and entering equipment movement into tracking systems.
• Maintain warehouse facilities storage organization, technology infrastructure, and general cleanliness.
• Manage the logistics of equipment movement for repair & construction needs including any pre-configuration or imaging needs.
• Create and maintain documentation of pre-configuration, repair, software installs, testing results, and inventory movement processes.
• Perform diagnostic & repair operations on returned equipment for return to service, RMA or retirement.
• Assist engineers with testing of new store technologies using the local lab environment.
• Operation of Forklift, pallet jack or pallet lifter as needed to move inventory for receiving, storage & shipping/deployment

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Associates degree in information technology or relevant experience
• CompTIA A+ Certification
• Knowledge of PC imaging processes
• General knowledge of mechanical and computer repair
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Desired Qualifications:
• 2+ years' experience troubleshooting and repairing personal computers and associated peripherals
• 2+ years' experience with inventory management practices & systems

Additional Info:
This position may require travel to different Royal Farms locations.
