We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Troy, Michigan. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in IT support and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will assist end-users with technical issues, focusing on providing exceptional customer service and efficient problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to user inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to Windows 11 and other supported systems.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems.
• Document and track all service requests and resolutions in the system to ensure accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and implement improvements.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripheral devices as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and IT procedures during troubleshooting and system updates.
• Offer remote or in?person support based on the severity of the issue.
• Educate users on best practices for system usage and security protocols.
• Monitor system performance and elevate complex issues to higher?level support when necessary.
• Stay updated on new technologies and system updates to enhance support capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a help desk or IT support role.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 11 operating system.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with users and team members.
• Familiarity with hardware and software installation processes.
• Ability to document issues and resolutions accurately.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and system security.
• Problem?solving skills and a customer?focused approach.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
