Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the design process for a variety of projects, including digital and print materials, advertising, web design, and branding assets.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring designs are visually aligned and maintain a consistent and cohesive identity across all platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns, working with senior designers or stakeholders as needed.
• Present design concepts and solutions to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard.
• Review and prepare final design files for production or digital development.
• Concept, manage, and art direct brand and product photography shoots, including collaboration with photographers.
• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and share new design ideas or tools.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend design solutions to improve workflow and creative output.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects across both digital and print media.
• Experience in branding, typography, and layout principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or other digital design tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and work independently when needed.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience working within a brand or design system.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or UX/UI design principles.
• Experience in designing for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of print production processes and preparing designs for print.
