Internship Opportunity

As an intern at Lennox, you will be a part of a team of innovative and knowledgeable industry professionals. You can expect to participate in impactful, developmental projects designed for your specific area of focus. This role will provide you with real work experiences to grow your career and provide exposure to business leaders throughout the company. The role is set to begin in January 2026 with continuation through the summer. Successful interns will have the potential opportunity of joining Lennox full-time upon graduation. Relocation and/or travel may be required for your position.

What Do You Need To Succeed?

Required Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in UX Design, Data Science, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent data analytics and data visualization skills
• Well organized & detail oriented

What Will Give You An Edge?

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiar with customer journey mapping methodologies
• Experience with Office 360, Figma, or equivalent mapping tools
• Certification in design thinking or Six Sigma process mapping
• Interest or desire to lead project teams
• Passion for producing high quality work
• Self-starter with the ability to drive projects independently or on a team

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Entry Level. Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $19.80 $22/hour . This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
