Department:Academic Support Program for Student Athletes
Classification Title:Temporary-Clerical
Working Title:ASPSA Tutor
Work Schedule:Schedule varies including evening and weekends - Approx 10 hours/week
Minimum Experience/Education:High School diploma or equivalent
Department Required Skills: Provide individual and small group tutoring to student athletes within the Student-Athlete Tutorial Program to enhance academic skills through teaching study skills and strategies, and clarifying questions related to the content within ASPSAs facilities throughout the academic year.
Please keep in mind, in order to tutor a course, you must have received a B+ or better in the course at NC State or an equivalent course/relevant experience within the course material.
