Job duties include but are not limited to: Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk. Duties also include driving commercial vehicles whenever needed and necessary to perform job.

This is a Monday -Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm opportunity

Minimum Required Qualifications:

1. Possess a high school diploma, or equivalent.

2. Possess a valid Commercial Driver License (CDL).
