The K-12 Speech Language Pathologist will provide speech and language therapy services to students with communication disorders in the K-12 setting. This includes conducting assessments, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), providing direct therapy services, and collaborating with teachers and parents to ensure student success.

What you will do:

• Conduct assessments and develop IEPs for students with communication disorders.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop appropriate accommodations and modifications.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress reports.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions.
• Attend professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices.

What you will need:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• State licensure in Speech Language Pathology.
• Experience working with K-12 students with communication disorders.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
