Job Overview:
As the Senior Advisor you will work with an interdisciplinary team who works collaboratively with all TDEC divisions and our agency partners to ensure strong department operations capable of executing the department’s mission. You will direct a team of professionals who are responsible for managing significant department programs and projects. In this role you will provide support to the BOSE Deputy Commissioner in carrying out various department and bureau leadership duties.

Required Experience:
The ideal candidate is required to have knowledge of Tennessee State government policies, procedures, interagency relationships and will be experienced in implementing change initiatives, managing staff and projects, and working collaboratively within the department and across state agencies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to accomplish tasks is required. Candidates will possess excellent writing skills and demonstrated communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
