The ability to provide compassionate customer service is required of the Concierge. High-level customer service for greeting and supporting all visitors and
Flexible part-time or full-time schedule. Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone within three rings and direct calls.
Proficient in typography and graphic communication. Bachelors degree in graphic design. Minimum of three years of professional graphic design experience.
