• Pilot new project management program to support client portfolio

The ideal candidate would possess:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience interacting with people from a wide range of skill levels and experience
• Demonstrated ability to work as an independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, result-driven and highly flexible team-player in a fast-paced working environment
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills (Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Project, Visio)
• Excellent attention to detail, excellent project management skills, and ability to elevate relevant issues to project lead
• Ability to work with internal and external clients, and possess self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
• Strong focus on quality, teamwork, and productivity
• Project Coordinator or Project Management experience
• Project Management Professional certification (PMP)

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major)
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full-time, 8 hour day shift, but flexibility is required to accommodate different shifts, including weekends, with overtime as needed. Most days would start around 07:00 AM. When accommodating different shifts (rare) work could start as early as 05:30 AM. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Indianapolis, IN are encouraged to apply.
