Hope419 is seeking the following position to be part of our multidisciplinary team:

Licensed Physicians Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

We are a group of patient focused clinicians committed to evidence based treatment who are looking for an energetic, outgoing individual eager to help patients find balance, build strength, and utilize their inherent resilience. We are looking for an advance practice clinician who has interest in treating patients with evidence based psychiatric treatment options including medication, therapy, TMS, and Spravato. We are a group of clinicians who are passionate about bringing newer FDA approved treatment regimens to North Central Ohio. This job will include at least one day per week work from home, telemedicine and offers personalized scheduling to suite your needs. Our full time requirement is 35 available hours per week for patient scheduling. Must be able to interact in a professional and calm manner under pressure.
PA-C or CNP is required.
Valid independent license is required
Authorized to work in the United States is required
Background check is required
All candidates are required to pass a drug screen upon employment
Must be comfortable working with ages 13 and up.
Will have training and experience in a variety of diagnoses and treatment modalities.
Must be comfortable doing diagnostic assessments and assessments.
Must be comfortable with computers, electronic medical records, Google product (Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Meet), and providing virtual/video visits.

New Patient Adult assessments are 60 minutes in duration. New Patient Child assessments are 90 minutes in duration. Follow ups are 30 minutes with some flexibility to 60 minutes when working with complex patients or those requiring add on individual therapy. Standardized templates are used across our practice that guide diagnosis and decision making. New hires will discuss all new patients with the psychiatrist for the first 3-6 months to ensure evidence based practices and allowing for ample teaching opportunities. Regular and near immediate access to colleagues and psychiatrist supervisor is our standard of care and promotes an excellent team support for new team members. Call is taken in 2 week blocks and ends at 9pm each day- currently call is every 10-14 weeks.

Time Off:

Years 1-4: 120 hours PTO; 24 hours personal time; 24 hours CME time, the ability to flex time off within the same work week.

We are looking for an individual who is interested in being part of the Hope419 family as a long term position, not just a temporary assignment. The right candidate will start in July 2023.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
