Casual Part Time opening in Assisted Living

Every other weekend days (645a-315p) or evenings (245p-1115p) available, along with day/evening shifts during the week.

The Care Partner is responsible for providing care including but not limited to hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination and safety.

Job Qualifications

    Education and Training/Experience
      High school diploma preferred but not required.
      Assisted living experience is preferred.
    Skills and Abilities
      Excellent communication skills to interact verbally with Assisted Living community members, visitors and team members.
      Ability to manage time and organize daily schedule to meet productivity standards.
      Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
      Ability to lift heavy objects using proper lifting techniques and with assistance as necessary.
      Ability to transfer and move community members weighing 200+ with techniques and with assistance as necessary.
      Ability to push and pull equipment weighting in excess of 40lbs.
      Using proper techniques and with assistance as necessary.
      Manual dexterity, coordination and skillful use of hands when working with community members and equipment, which may include pushing buttons, adjusting dials, turning on/off switches, buckling, holding and positing limbs/body parts, etc.
      Ability to physically perform necessary documentation in writing or use of a computer.
      Visual acuity with the ability to distinguish color.
