About the role:

The Account Executive drives sales revenue in a multistate territory by attracting, building, and maintaining spa & medical accounts. This role will be responsible for meeting and exceeding HydroPeptide's business objectives and sales goals.

The details:

Location: Phoenix metropolitan area

Hours/Contract: Full time, will require some flexibility including evenings & weekends on occasion

Physical requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, conduct manual labor participating in booth set up and break down & stand up to 8 hours on your feet

Travel requirements: Up to 60% travel within assigned geographical region, must have a valid driver's license with reliable form of transportation and live within one hour of a major US airport


What you will love doing:

  • Meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual territory sales & new business goals
  • Represent HydroPeptide with the highest levels of professionalism
  • Develop and execute meaningful, profitable business plans with existing accounts to grow account business to its full potential
  • Identify, manage, and execute prospecting opportunities that lead to profitable growth
  • Ensure all account notes are accurate and properly entered in Salesforce
  • Stay current with HydroPeptide product education
  • Proactively identify changes in industry, sales delivery systems, and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly
  • Train new and existing accounts on HydroPeptide products and protocols.
  • Develop and execute special events in accounts to drive incremental sales and brand loyalty.
  • Attend sales meetings, seminars, and conferences as appropriate.
  • Attend tradeshows as appropriate
  • Other responsibilities as required and as the position evolves

We want you to have:

  • Current Esthetician License
  • 3 years' experience in direct sales management in the skincare/spa/consumer healthcare products industry
  • Superior prospecting and selling skills with proven ability to set and achieve sales goals
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build positive/effective business partnerships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintains highest levels of professionalism
  • Excellent planning and prioritization skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office suite
